In the morning, you can jump into the refreshing water and then afterwards you will set sail. Some stages are longer than others. In the late afternoon you will drop anchor. You will spend the night in an idyllic port. You sail along the Costa Smeralda – a dream: consisting of coast and sea. You can drop anchor in Cannigione for example, a fishing village with a lot of charm. Then you can head on towards Maddalena archipelago. It is like paradise here – consisting out of seven large islands and numerous small islands and rocks. You will sail through crystal-clear water on your way to Corsica. There you will explore the little town of Bonifacio, being enthroned on the top of the cliffs. Cork tree forests and the most significant places of Torre and Arraggio are waiting in Porto Vecchio. Then you will head back to Olbia harbour. The end of this holiday will come much too early on this impressive sailing week.

The yachts used for this tour are Bavaria 47. These are modern sailing boats with 4 double cabins and 3 wet rooms with shower and a toilet and a large lounge. They are very stable and deal with the waves well. The large cockpits are fitted with teak and are protected with a sun roof. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an oven and a fridge.
We cannot influence the weather and the wind. Depending on the conditions, your sailing route may have to change. You will mainly stay overnight in quiet bays. The first and last night will be spent moored up in Olbia harbour.
Of course you help out on board – whether sailing, cooking or other household-style activities! That is all part of sailing and is an enjoyable part of the active holiday. Everyone on board helps out. Everyone according to their ability and their interests. Don’t worry: along with the “work”, there is enough remaining time to chill.
Are you a small group made up of 4-6 people and would like to sail on your own ship? Let us know! On request we can reserve one of our yachts just for your group and with a skipper.
